The Match Point Professional Table Tennis Academy Trust was established with the objective of promoting and developing the sport of table tennis and encouraging young talent through structured training, discipline, and competitive exposure.
As a non-profit and service-oriented trust, its primary focus is to create a sustainable ecosystem for aspiring players by providing quality coaching, access to proper infrastructure, and opportunities to compete at various levels. The Trust believes that sports play a vital role in shaping character, discipline, leadership, and overall physical and mental well-being.
For over three decades, the Trust has been actively involved in:
- Supporting professional table tennis coaching programs
- Identifying and nurturing promising talent
- Organizing and conducting table tennis tournaments and events
- Promoting sportsmanship and ethical sporting values
The Trust functions with a strong commitment to transparency, integrity, and long-term player development, ensuring that the academy remains accessible to passionate players while maintaining high standards of training and administration.

Sandeep Kannambadi
Sandeep Kannambadi is a seasoned entrepreneur, technology leader, and passionate sportsperson with a distinguished career spanning corporate leadership, startup ventures, and competitive sports. He is the Co-Founder of Swimple Sport Lab — a Bengaluru-based sports science and performance analytics startup focused on elevating athletic performance through data-driven insights — and has co-founded other ventures including MonkeyBox and SportingMindz. In his professional journey, Sandeep has also held leadership roles at major technology firms, bringing strategic vision and operational excellence to both tech and sports innovation spaces.
Sandeep’s academic foundation in engineering and extensive experience in enterprise technology underpin his ability to merge analytical thinking with real-world problem solving. His professional work has consistently centered on building impactful solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and transformative outcomes across industries.
Beyond his business leadership, Sandeep has a deep commitment to sports — especially table tennis. Early in his life, he represented Karnataka in the Juniors category in Table Tennis, showcasing his competitive talent at the state level. After a long hiatus of nearly two decades, he reignited his passion for the game in 2014, returning to competitive play with renewed vigor. Since then, Sandeep has proudly represented Karnataka in the Masters category, achieving notable success and winning National medals in both Singles and Mixed Doubles events. His journey in table tennis embodies resilience, discipline, and a lifelong love for sport — qualities he now brings into his role mentoring and inspiring the next generation of athletes.
Today, Sandeep combines his professional expertise with his athletic experience to contribute meaningfully to the sports community — supporting performance development, fostering a culture of excellence, and encouraging athletes to pursue their highest potential.
G Arvind Ramaswamy
Arvind is a dynamic entrepreneur and strategic advisor with extensive experience across the travel, hospitality, and co-working sectors. He is the founder of a luxury travel firm specializing in bespoke, high-end experiences for discerning clients. He serves on the Advisory Board of BHIVE, where he has been instrumental in driving the company's expansion and growth strategy, and is also a partner and advisor at the Hoysala Group, the force behind the acclaimed Bengaluru Café brand. Beyond business, Arvind is deeply committed to social impact. He serves as Vice President of the Raksha Foundation and leads the Match Point Table Tennis Academy, where he actively mentors and supports emerging sporting talent.
Kiran H N
Kiran H N is a an entrepreneur, consultant and passionate sportsperson with a career spanning in corporate for 15 years, entrepreneur and sports . He is the partner in Charigan Group a leader in plotted development across North Bengaluru and partnering with Silversky Builders & Developers ( Mysore ) as consultant and investing partner.
Has academic foundation in Bsc, Msc ( Biochem ) and MBA ( HR & Marketing) with extensive experience in Business Analytics and Marketing have transitioned into Real Estate Business. His professional work has consistently centered around Business Analytics and Marketing across top Global retailers in Apparel.
Beyond his business leadership, Kiran has a deep commitment to sports — especially table tennis. Have been part of Matchpoint Table Tennis Academy since 1998 and have played at State, University and National Tournaments. Returning to the game in 2013 as player and coaching kids ( 2 years from 2015 -17 ). Have played at state ranking tournaments prior 2020 and started participating in Karnataka State Veterans tournaments from 2023.
