All players must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, fellow players, and visitors.


General Conduct

  • All players must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, fellow players, and visitors.
  • Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are mandatory during training sessions.
  • Players must handle equipment and facilities with care. Any damage caused due to negligence may attract penalties.

Coaching & Training

  • Coaching programs are designed and structured by the academy. Coaches’ decisions regarding training methods, batch allocation, and progression are final.
  • Players are expected to follow training schedules and instructions provided by the coaching staff.
  • Unauthorized coaching or external interference during sessions is not permitted.

Attendance & Fees

  • Fees must be paid in advance as per the academy’s tariff structure.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified by the academy.
  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons will not be compensated.
  • Any change in batch timings or coaching schedules will be communicated in advance where possible.

Health & Safety

  • Players should be medically fit to participate in training. Any health issues or injuries must be informed to the coaching staff.
  • The academy will not be responsible for injuries caused due to negligence, non-compliance, or improper conduct.
  • Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of minors.

Tournaments & Events

  • Participation in tournaments organized or recommended by the academy is subject to coach approval.
  • Players representing the academy are expected to maintain discipline, proper conduct, and sportsmanship at all times.
  • Tournament entry fees, travel, and accommodation (if applicable) shall be borne by the participants unless stated otherwise.

Use of Facilities

  • Academy facilities are to be used only during allotted training hours.
  • Food, beverages, and chewing gum are not allowed inside the playing area.
  • Mobile phones should be kept on silent and used only when necessary.

Photography & Media

  • The academy reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and match footage of players for promotional and training purposes unless specifically objected to in writing.

Code of Ethics

  • Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or unfair play may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.
  • The academy reserves the right to amend rules and regulations at any time in the interest of smooth functioning.
